Design Team

The Design Team is a diverse group of stakeholders who assume shared responsibility in working towards consensus (agreement to support and implement decisions) for the Vital Village Network.  Initially formed in 2013 to design the strategic planning process and support efficient progress towards deliverables, the team has remained intact to support the implementation process.  The Design Team is the fallback decision maker if consensus cannot be reached in the allotted time by the Strategy Team members.
